At Embracing Movement, we help you understand your physical movement patterns, feel your limits, and explore your strength potential — so you can train with clarity and confidence.




Most gym programs focus on pushing harder and chasing visible results. But for many of us, that constant pressure leads to burnout, imposter syndrome, or feeling disconnected — even when the “before & after” looks impressive.
At Embracing Movement, we take a different approach to personal training. Instead of focusing on appearance, we train with awareness — helping you build a deeper connection and understanding of how your body moves.
Natural movements don’t mean less, we do the work on what truly matters, with mindful presence and movement based on your body’s natural rhythm and design.

How are we different from other personal trainers?
As a movement coach, I help you build a strong relationship with your body through mindful movements. Instead of quick fixes, I guide you with small, sustainable changes that create lasting improvements in strength, mobility, and lifestyle.
I am new to personal training. How do I know if this is for me?
Before committing, you’ll go through a discounted assessment and short workout to experience my approach. I’ll also schedule a consultation call and physical assessment to understand your goals and needs.
What can I expect from your training?

Where are trainings conducted?
Sessions are conducted in-person at functional gym spaces, or at a venue of your choice — such as your home, condo/private gyms, public parks, or fitness corners.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No. Equipment will be provided — all you need to do is show up with your mat and ready to move.
How long is each session?
Each training session lasts 60 minutes.

Our founder, Kishendra understands how it feels like to feel disconnected and poor mobility because it was his lived experience. He trained hard and got stronger at the cost of knee pain, back problems, and an unhealthy relationship with food and movements.
Through injury and years of trial and frustration, he discovered something powerful:
Real strength isn’t about forcing your body into a program. It’s about learning how your body wants to move.
Embracing Movement was born from that shift — from tension to flow, from performance to presence. Today, Kish helps others rediscover their bodies, rebuild trust through mindful movement, and build sustainable strength that feels good beyond looks.

Kish is an excellent personal trainer. More of a coach actually. I have had many personal trainers in the past but never lasted beyond 3 months. I have been training with Kish for close to 1.5 years and like that he combines a series of mobility exercises with strength training which is important to me as a person with low bone density.
Kish is patient and motivates and encourages me to achieve more in each session. He is adaptive and always ever-ready to take and implement feedback adjusting to what I can and cannot do, without compromising the quality of the workout session. A highly recommended coach to get your body fit and strong. Thanks, Kish.

My husband and I have taken a 10-session package with Kish, with the intention of increasing our physical activity levels and committing to some form of regular exercise to ensure that we can retain our flexibility, agility and be pain-free as we cross the threshold of mid-40s.
In the last few months, Kish has provided us with a training programme that is customized for our individual needs which takes into account our existing fitness levels and conditions. During each session, Kish also carefully monitors how we execute each of the exercise, checking with us constantly about how we are feeling and does not hesitate to modify or adapt the exercises to work around any issues we may be facing. This is especially important for me, as I do have prior back and foot injuries that can cause recurring pain if I do not exercise sufficient care when training.
As a trainer, Kish is encouraging but firm. He explains each of the movement carefully and informs us of the goals that he wants us to work towards. He is generous with his knowledge and resources, and will point us to websites or sources should we want to understand more about the movement philosophy that he subscribes to. He is also always willing to offer suggestions on how we can help our daughter (who is a dancer) with her movement training.
In the last few months, we have definitely observed improved flexibility and mobility in ourselves - with less joint stiffness and aches when we wake up in the morning. Our daily energy levels have also increased with the regular exercise. We will be continuing our package with Kish as we invest in our health!

For someone who has never stepped into a gym, Kish has made our training sessions for the past 2 months so accessible and fun. I love the variety of the exercises.
Most importantly, Kish very subtly pushes me out of my comfort zone by introducing new exercises and to extend myself without risk of injury or misalignment. Kish is patient in explaining the purpose of each exercise, and without a doubt, my fitness has improved in every aspect.
Highly recommended.
